Winter Fun!

Just a quick post to update!

Jensen and Dallin participated in the school spelling bee last week. Dallin
made it to the 4th round and Jensen made it to the 5th round. They both
did great!

Dallin & Jensen had their cub scout pinewood derby this last Thursday.
They did not far so well this year. Dallin's car didn't even make it over the
finish line once. He kept losing his wheels. He was a GREAT sport about!
Jensen's car did a little better. Didn't make it over the finish line once, came
in last the second time and then placed second in his last race. We definitely
learned from our mistakes this year!

Mykala turned 14 last weekend. WOW! She chose not to have a party and
to go out with mom and dad instead. We took her to Olive Garden (her first),
then to see a laser light show at the planterium, and lastly out for a "mini"
ice cream. (I don't know why they call it mini, it is not in any way mini!!!
Rather it is HUGE and took her 3 days to eat it.) Rhett and I really enjoyed
the one on one with Mykala.
